Requirements
Price Manager for WooCommerce is made for WooCommerce stores and requires:
- WordPress 6.4 or higher.
- WooCommerce active.
- PHP 7.4 or higher.
- An administrator or store manager with the required WooCommerce permissions.
Installation
- Install the plugin from the WordPress plugin screen or upload the plugin ZIP.
- Make sure WooCommerce is active.
- Activate Calliope Price Manager for WooCommerce.
- Open Price Desk from the WordPress admin menu.
Using the product desk
The product desk is the main workspace. It helps you search, filter and review products without entering each WooCommerce product edit screen.
- Filter by search term, category, stock status and product type.
- Review products in a compact management view.
- Edit common commercial fields such as prices, stock, categories, images and USD reference values.
- Use selected-product tools for stock and visibility updates.
Editable CSV/XLSX exports
Use exports when you want to review or edit product data in a spreadsheet. Available columns depend on the export options selected in the plugin settings.

Safe CSV/XLSX imports
The import flow is conservative by design. Uploading a file creates a preview first, so you can review the changes before applying them.
- Existing products are matched by product ID or SKU.
- Empty cells do not erase existing product data.
- Use
__CLEAR__only where the plugin explicitly supports clearing a field. - The current free version updates existing products only; it does not create new products from imported rows.
- Missing categories are created only when the related setting is enabled.
Optional USD converter
The plugin can work with manual USD exchange rates for stores that calculate local prices from a USD reference value. If the administrator chooses a real exchange-rate source and clicks a fetch/update action, the plugin sends a server-side HTTPS request to retrieve the selected rate.
The plugin does not send WooCommerce orders, customer data, product lists, product prices, emails, license keys or admin credentials to the exchange-rate provider.
Uninstall behavior
Uninstalling the plugin removes its saved settings and activity logs. WooCommerce products, orders, customers, categories and product metadata are not deleted by the plugin uninstall routine.

Yes. It manages WooCommerce products and requires WooCommerce to be active.
Does the import create new products?
No. The current import workflow updates existing products only.
Can empty spreadsheet cells delete product data?
No. Empty cells are ignored for safety. Use __CLEAR__ only where clearing is explicitly supported.
Can I export a customer-facing price list?
Yes. The plugin includes a commercial price list / PDF-style view and editable CSV/XLSX exports.
